How soon can you DF again after DFing for two or three days?

I soft dry fasted for two days over the weekend and then spent two days only drinking water and going out of my way to avoid carbs. This is the third day since then.

I've seen people say that you don't need to bother with a refeed unless you fasted for more than three days. Is that true? Others say it absolutely has to be 2x-3x the number of fasted days...

If I wanted to repeatedly do dry fasting as much as possible to heal a nightmare injury (it's really frustrating how 99% of posts on here are about weightloss instead of healing) how quickly could I do back to back? I'm not overweight if it matters.

I know you need to do five days or ideally more to get the hardcore healing but I would need to work up to that (have done several two days but still haven't done 3 days because I always get scared by the slight chest pressure even at rest after two days and I don't have a way to measure heart beat yet) and I'm trying to figure out a sustainable method.

Edit: I actually have been eating since the DF, I've just been trying to do keto. It hasn't been a water fast on top of the dry fast. And the two day dry fast the other day (with a one day a day or two before that) was the first time I've done that in probably months.

Did I just ruin my fast?

I’m attempting a 3 day dry fast.

I’m on the second day now (first was completely dry but I’ve gotten my hands wet more than once today and am strongly considering a shower) and just a little while ago, while cleaning my glasses, I put the frame in my mouth in order get a better one handed grip without even thinking about how they just got wet. I’m pretty sure I might have gotten a drop on my tongue or lips or something. I wasn’t really paying attention and it all happened really quickly.

Assuming it’s not just my imagination and a little bit did actually get in my mouth, did that just reset the entire process?

I really don’t want to have to do this all over again so soon. It’s not my idea of fun but I’m trying to heal a persistent injury way faster.

Tried this last week and couldn’t even make it through a day due to a headache that eventually got out of control. This time (like the first couple times I attempted DFs) it’s been mostly easy. I had a little bit of pressure on my heart this morning but it went away and things have generally been way easier than yesterday.

Would I have to start the 3 days completely over to see healing benefits? I guess ultimately I can just push through and find out and that’s what I’ll probably do but I hate feeling like this has all just been a waste of time because of one thoughtless mistake.
