I recently joined a gym and I’m still a beginner. The problem is the coaches barely help me and seem to give most of their attention to girls.
I’m trying to lose fat and build some muscle, but sometimes I’m not sure if I’m doing exercises correctly or following a good program.
I wanted to ask:
How did you start when you were beginners?
Any tips for learning proper form alone?
Best apps / YouTube channels for gym beginners?
Is it normal in gyms here to not get much coaching unless you pay extra?
