stubborn eczema patches

my eczema is so annoying. it's been 5 months since i started the prescription (moisturizers) that my derma gave me but my patches never really goes away. they prescribed me tacrolimus one time but after stopping it, it just came back again. then after a while, they prescribed me hydrocortisone lotion for 28 days but now the patches are starting to come back again, all red and itchy even though i still am moisturizing a lot. do yall have any recommendations/suggestions or maybe share some of your experiences how you've dealt with this, if you also experienced it. thank you : (

Not-so Itchy AD

hi! i just want to ask anyone who experienced/experiences the same thing (not to self diagnose) but what does it mean if my flare ups are still red but not that itchy anymore? i still use my moisturizers but it is not that itchy anymore (maybe i'd rate it 5.5/10) but i still feel the dryness. is it because it's already healing (hopefully) or is there any science behind that? thank you! 🙏🏻

ceradan cream (ph)

genuine question, why are ceradan creams hard to find in drug stores? mercury offers them but not all branches have it + they only have limited stocks.
