Is there anyone in Rhode Island who legally keeps a raccoon (rehabbers, educators, permit holders, etc.) who’d be open to chatting or maybe letting someone see what it’s like?

I’m not trying to get one or do anything sketchy — I just think raccoons are fascinating and would love to meet someone who actually works with them or has experience caring for one.

Is there anyone in Rhode Island who legally keeps a raccoon (rehabbers, educators, permit holders, etc.) who’d be open to chatting or maybe letting someone see what it’s like?

I’m not trying to get one or do anything sketchy — I just think raccoons are fascinating and would love to meet someone who actually works with them or has experience caring for one. i also just want to pet one and see their little cute faces.
