Hyundai Kona review: is it reliable for commuting?
I'm thinking about getting a Hyundai Kona for daily commuting and I'm trying to figure out if it's actually a good choice. The price is reasonable at $25,000-$35,000 and they come with a 5-year warranty. People say it's reliable with low maintenance costs and good resale value. The fuel economy is solid and it's comfortable for city driving with good visibility and easy parking.
What's appealing about it is that it's practical for everyday use without being flashy. The cabin is quiet, the handling is smooth, and it works well for both city and highway driving. But I'm reading that the interior feels pretty basic and the tech features are limited. Plus it's not sporty if you want any performance. The question is whether it's a solid practical choice or just boring.
Is the Kona actually a good daily driver? Have you owned one? What's the reliability like long-term? How's the fuel economy in real-world driving? Is the interior comfortable or does it feel cheap? What about maintenance costs? are they really low? Would you recommend it for commuting? How does it compare to competitors? Should I buy one or look at alternatives?
