Daily Flase bans (Updated to match the rules)
Okay so basically a couple months ago my account got hacked and i got it back. But after a few days of being fine, i got banned AGAIN for 24 hours, i thought it would be fine but the next day got hit witht he same ban again.... then the next day again.....and again.....and again. Its been a couple of months now and i thought hey maybe i could try again but nope still got banned. Before anyone asks, YES this IS a bug because whenever i try to load any gamemode, including br, creative maps or whatever, i get banned before i can leave the battle bus and i do not know why. i have already tried:
- uninstalling and reinstalling
- Getting support from epic but that has failed more than 4 different times to get any meaningful help
- disabling anything i could think of, i even restarted my laptop and then loaded fornite first and still got banned
- reset my account details
- Got a whole new laptop and STILL got banned on it
- Literally made an alternate account and that one worked and still works while my main account on the SAME NETWORK still gets banned
- Literally got an upgrade to my plan(well my dad did) and i have over 1.5k ms
- Literally stood still when loading a match and still got banned under "exploiting"
- Logged out from ALL devices
- The ban is under "exploiting" when i literally do NOTHING. Like genuinely NOTHING was done. i have NO REASON to exploit. the account i lost was from chapter 2 with REAL money spent on (there several hundred skins on there by the way, all LEGALLY obtained)
- I have disabled my VPN as well in case anyone wants to ask
- No the banns do not appear on my sanctions list for whaetevr reason

i REALLY REALLY do not know whats going on and i want my account back. This is an old account from chapter 2 with hundreds of skins in it. Can anyone help me out? any ideas on what i can do . i am REALLY desperate. There is a video right below this for anyone who wants to see more
Update: So apparently there are no aganets available? Well thats just a flat out lie, i remember trying a couple months ago and there was "No agent available" at that time too. i had tried to get support a lot of times but after like 4 different times of getting people they seem to have realised i would not stop bugging them so i have literally been banned from getting support
Update no.2 Had to reupload and change some stuff cos the post got removed by the mods, it probably got remvoed cos i asked for upvotes so this time i just did not, hopefully this means the post stays up this time. From what ive read, i dont THINK im breaking any of the other rules
