“Something went wrong” IOG

Just wondering if someone can help. I have an Ohme Pro Home Charger and IOG.

This was my first day of owing the car and it seems to almost charged overnight to the % I set (89% instead of 90% set) however, I have this error message in the Octopus app.

When I set the charge it takes me to Ohme app to set the time I want it ready by and the % charge I want after charging, and then that seems to reflect in the Octopus app once I switch back and it shows the schedule to charge. However, the Octopus app (see screenshot) seems to reference ‘charge to add’ not a target percentage.

Grateful if anyone has any insights on this error message and how to resolve it!
