So I switched from licensure to non licensure for my BA (I completed early clinicals and praxis exams though). I now am enrolled in the masters program for elementary education and my question is does anyone think it’s possible to finish student teaching this upcoming fall semester?? The tricky part is I know I would have to redo early clinicals and then wait to apply for advanced clinicals. I am due to give birth december 12th and so I would probably miss the last week of the semester too but i definitely don’t want to student teach postpartum 😬 any advice on how to make this process quicker? Thanks!

Hey all! So I graduated in March in educational studies (elementary education) I switched to the non licensure route in February because I got a job offer that I wouldn’t be able to student teach during. However I completely regretted it and have since got accepted into the masters program for elementary education. Just wondering how similar the coursework is and how fast anyone accelerated through this program? I am pregnant so just wanting to get a timeline. Thanks!
