Acting on Disapproved Appointment
CSC disapproved the appointment due to incorrect qs used in publication
The disapproved appointment was received on May 5, 2026 and the agency republished the position using the correct qs on the same date until May 15, 2026. The hiring process started on May 18, 2025 and the final delib was conducted May 19,2025. Will now issue new appointment dated May 21, 2025.
Is this violative of the 15-day appeal period? Since that is not technically vacant?
