Let’s start by saying I despise drama. However, after all our efforts to avoid scams and innovate for this community, I cannot stand by and accept baseless claims, blatant lies, and the hypocrisy of subreddits that claim to protect users.

At RCF Remould, we take massive pride in our work. We have never scammed a single person, we always honor our deals, and we step up to resolve situations whenever needed.

Recently, an individual wrote a post on RepWatchScammers claiming our reviews are fake and that we use burner accounts. These are entirely fabricated lies. We provided definitive proof in the comments and directly to the moderators of that subreddit to clear our name.

According to their own rules, fabricated or irrelevant posts should be removed. Unfortunately, the hypocrisy is real. Even as a legitimate business bringing hard evidence, we received an arrogant reply stating the post would stay up. It seems some of these "scam-flagging" subs care more about the engagement that drama brings than actual truth or the damage they do to a legitimate business.

People often ask why we defend ourselves so fiercely. If you are doing honest business, your customers are happily posting about it, and you get framed and backed into a corner, how else do you respond to injustice?

It’s a sad reality of doing business on Reddit. We constantly try to innovate and raise the bar:
- Transparency: We were the first to offer XRF readings on plating thickness so you know exactly what you are getting when you purchase a plated piece.
- Value: We have provided gen-like bezels to the community for a fraction of the price.
- Accountability: When a handful of people experienced issues, we resolved them by releasing a plated v2 bezel—providing the bezel for free to those affected, with them only paying for the additional plating.

This entire situation started because we banned someone for harassing a genuine customer. That customer posted a real review with an unfortunate user error and not a bracelet issue that had been resolved (something this accuser claimed was "physically impossible"). In retaliation for being banned, this person went out of their way to spread false accusations.

I am beyond disappointed that moderation on certain subs is handled this poorly and that blatant lies are allowed to remain published. We will keep doing what we do best for our supporters, but we will not sit quietly when our integrity is attacked.
