I’ve got a snow white ‘colony’ that hasn’t done so well. I’m looking to move the remaining shrimp into a project boa tank. Will this result in white capes eventually if I selectively cull this down?

Hi guys I started buying stocks/etfs, precious metals and crypto (at the start of the year) and they keep dropping and I’m forced to sell before they drop too far so I don’t lose too much. With the new proposed capital gains tax rules they are implementing, will I get completely fucked If I were actually to make some money? Do you guys have any other suggestions where I should put my money? Just feel like I’m completely cooked because of the government
