A Summary on the LC 500s Life

With the end of production for the LC500 happening this month I've spent the past few weeks trying to find as much info on LC 500 models as I could to compile in one place instead of it being scattered everywhere. Unfortunately Toyota hasn't, seemingly, been fully transparent on sales, options picked, color break downs for how many of each are made, etc. so unless that changes I wont have that information. Hopefully after the end of production we get real overall numbers for everything for other people like myself who enjoy information overloads.

LC 500 Production numbers (not exact unless Toyota finally releases full sales numbers at the end of production):

  • North America: 16,564 (as of July 2026 sale numbers) (248 being Hybrids 2018-2025)
  • Euros/China: 1,850
  • Japan: 3,000-4,000 (one source claims 10,704 have been sold In Japan as of 2025 but all other sources seem to put the number in the three or four thousand range)
  • Australia: 498 (29 being Hybrid as of 2020)
  • UAE: 70 (as of 2024)

Around 23,000 Total.

LC 500 North America Model break down:

  • 2017-2020: 6,222 coupes
  • 2021-2025: 1,085 coupes, 7,595 convertibles

Exterior Colors:

Interior Colors:

  • Black Leather
  • Black Leather + Alcantara
  • Toasted Caramel Leather
  • Toasted Caramel Leather + Alcantara
  • Rioja Red Leather
  • Rioja Red Leather + Alcantara
  • Deep Blue (2024 Inspiration Only)
  • White, Blue, and Orange (2018 Inspiration Only)
  • Brown/Black Semi-Aniline Leather (2020 Inspiration only)
  • White & Blue (2021 Inspiration Only)
  • White & Blue (Slightly different from the 2021 Inspiration Only)
  • Manhattan Henge
  • Black, Yellow, And White (2019 Inspiration Only)
  • White and Black (2026 Inspiration Coupe Only)
  • White and Brown (2026 Inspiration Convertible Only)
  • Black and Saddle Tan (2021 Inspiration Coupe Only)

Random other things:

  • Convertibles weren't sold until 2021 but were sold 7:1 to coupes in years since.
  • The LC 500 Hybrid was sold from 2018-2025 with a total of only 248 sold in North America.
  • The 2026 Inspiration Convertible (Wind color) having so many built in its exact spec means, by the numbers, it maybe one of the more common colors of convertibles over all years of production (when compared to any of the many colors that were limited year numbers since the convertibles launch).
  • Canards, for some reason, they added them onto the inspiration series LC500s only for the 2024 model, and the 2026 models
  • Seemingly the cheapest LC500 sold from a dealer to its first owner was for ~$76k (it was a 2019 dealer demo).
  • The highest price a LC500 has been sold for was 2021 VIN #001 Structural Blue that went for $2,000,000 at a charity auction.

Please feel free to add any other fun info you may have, or corrects to the info I've gathered! I'll try to update this if we do ever get that end of production break down, and for any corrections if I've messed anything else up.

Double exp weekend?

Why is there a banner when you log into Battlefield 6 on playstation saying dxp in guns/exp/battlepass until the 15th if some people aren't getting it?

Are they doing some weird marketing thing were only some people get it, or is it playstation only?

Or is this just a menu bug?

Edit the banner in question: https://imgur.com/g1d8M7R

If anyone is ready to buy an 26 inspiration coupe...

If you're willing to pay me a finders fee; I was just notified by a dealership that they have just gotten word they will get one more and it is currently unsold. It will get to them mid to end of next month.

Shoot me a dm.

  • If this isn't allowed on the sub feel free to delete it or let me know and I'll take it down.

Anyone else who has been looking at 2026 LCs notice a lot of USB + White/blue interior convertibles being "given" to dealerships?

I was trying to help a friend find an LC and noticed of the ones I've been seeing listed as "in build" there's a lot of USB + white/blue interior + blue top, everyone of the dealerships I've talked to about it has claimed was "sent to them for being the best at -insert sale thing here-". Which I also found 2-5 of months ago when I was trying to buy my LC.

Found another one a few minutes ago and am curious if anyone else has noticed it. It seems weird that they're are so many of them that don't seem like they were peoples personal Bespoke builds but just maybe an over-supply of what was left in the factory?
