we are in the final stages of setting up our new WooCommerce+Germanized shop and I am still looking to solve 3 issues, which I think need plugins:

1. A legally bullet-proof (DSGVO, German and EU law) and privacy friendly way to track conversions from our Google Ads and collect consent from visitors before certain plugins/contents are loaded. My understanding is we need a consent manager plugin with cookie dialog for that. Two that I found were "Real Cookie Banner" and "Borlabs Cookie". Does anyone have experience with these, or other recommendations? We also use Brevo and plan to use Meta ads in the future, if that matters.
2. We need a way to send a review reminder (after the customer opts-in during checkout). We tried AutomateWoo, but the integrated template just has separate links that simply link to the page of each product, not even the review tab. So the customer would have to click them all and find the review tab each time, and fill it out, etc. I don't think many will bother doing that. We need something that has a single page where they can review all the products they bought in one single step. I found CusRev, but it seems rather complex with a lot of features we don't really need.
3. Finally we are looking for a service+plugin that generates legal texts for Germany/EU like terms, privacy, legal notice ("Impressum") and integrates them, and preferably something affordable, since we are a small business.

If you have any recommendations or experiences to share, I would be very grateful!

The answer is probably no based on my research, but I still wanted to check.

We offer payment on pickup, but right now customers can pick this payment method with DHL shipping, too, which doesn't make sense.

And we also have the reverse problem, for shipped orders we offer payment via invoice (i.e. shipping before payment is complete) but don't want customers do use this method for pickup orders.

We use WooCommerce and Germanized/Shiptastic. Any way to restrict this without coding or additional plugins?

a lot of our customers ask us to send invoices and billing information to a different email than order/shipping information. This is very common for customers who are financed by nonprofits or the government.

Is there a built-in way to achieve this with WooCommerce + Germanized that plays nice with plugins?

I.e. during checkout, there should be an extra input field "(optional) billing e-mail address".

Our shop is not live yet, but our agency has said they can probably program something like that.

My concern ist how this custom solution works with all the plugins we are using or plan to use.

We are already experimenting with AutomateWoo and considering using WP Perfect Payment Reminder for example. If these plugins were not able to access this billing email address, it would be a problem.

We are total WooCommerce newbies (currently still on Shopware 5), so I am very grateful for any advice or ideas!
