Just to add context, when my case was still pending I actually got hired and then had my offer rescinded due to the back ground check.

I assumed that it was because the case was still open. I have since done time (8 months) and came home April 25th of this year.

I reapplied for a RSR position again, and have my interview coming up tomorrow, if selected again what are my chances of actually getting the job this time. Is my case my closed and over good enough?

Side note - my charge was Theft by deception. First time in trouble.
