I have over two hundred hours in this world and I'm panicking that it might be glitched. In screenshots for this specific milk molar I have seen that there is an orb here. As you can see, there is no orb but it says it has not been collected. I can't break the milk molar either. Am I cooked? Can someone please help me I am parasocial with this save file.
