Old house was too short and too raidable, so new castle it is!

I was experimenting with a bottom cone for the half height spire, but the corner stairs insisted on having corners, so gargoyles was the only feasible choice.

I hope it'll be added back in the future because I thought scrolling through different hotbars was a really clever way to manage your equipment. I used to have one hotbar for weapons, one for healing items, and another for utility tools.

There are so many different items and tools to use in Grounded that this made the gameplay feel much smoother and more intuitive.

In the future, I think the Masked Stranger will use different class archetypes when we engage her in combat. The first and second encounters she uses the fighter archetype with her wearing the first armour set.

However, the next three sets all appear similar to how the other class archetypes look. Left to right:

- Masked Fighter

- Masked Mage

- Masked Assassin

- Masked Archer

Got this science cone from killing an infused infected larva

Kind of want to try out feather or pinecone roofs, and the bur floors, but just this construction took hours and so many resources. I have also unlocked the ash cement and the thought or rebuilding from scratch makes me break out lol. But what do yall think?

I’m on the rocks by the water. I can literally hit everything from the spot and a foundation for free. Any better spots ?

Anyways I’ve started playing a little bit ago, I’ve gotten to the hedge lab and have started exploring the water. I’ve been near the wall where there are firefly’s, mosquitoes, bombardiers and lots of larva and i killed plenty. I’ve noticed how most mid tier bugs take a little bit to kill but aren’t much trouble if you block well. Now it seems that most of the new gear I can make requires resources from wolf spiders. I went to try to kill one and it was brutal, I got hit once and barely managed to run away cause the poison left me at one hit. So in conclusion I have some questions:

1. at my current progress should I attempt to fight wolf spiders?

2. what else can I do to progress?

3. unrelated but I heard new game+ adds lots of new features, should I play multiple times to see everything?

I can’t even see my armor when I put it on it’s sooo infuriating

EDIT : I’m doomed and can’t change it back to normal bc I never bought the skin dlc but somehow it got on my Xbox anyway
