Ran into this at work today and literally froze. I DONT DO SPIDERs IRL but I mustered up every ounce of manliness in my body and relocated her outside of the shop because she would have %100 gotten killed in there

My friend has an AMD 5600 and AMD 6800xt, up until now it has been able to play whatever but recently it has started doing this Weird thing where after about an hour or so the game starts laggin/dropping frames and continues to get worse until its like a slide show, he can reset his PC and it will play fine until it doesnt.
A few months ago he did have a GPU crash that through up barcodes which had me thinking it was the GPU but after switching it to a weaker(but working) GPU he has the same problem. It seems to do it in every game.
The only other think i could think of is maybe the CPU but I really don't know how to check that and his temps arent getting anywhere near "high"

So after playing Campaign Evolved I decided to reinstall Infinite for a little MP. I played a few matches friday and saturday(my last save is from 7:50 last night)
Today when I go to play it shows me the Microsoft Visual, Shows me the 343 clip, and where it would usually load into the actual menu my screen goes black and then its just shuts down. I have no fucking clue why and Ive verified the files, even uninstalled/reinstalled still the same thing....i have never had anything like this happen before
I saw a post mentioning Gunz was now on Steam and kinda took me back to the days of dial up internet and a Dell PC.
I don’t even remember how I stumbled upon SSC but it was a top down game where you controlled a ship and it had various game modes 1v1s and team fight. I spent SO much time bouncing between this and Sonys “Infantry online” back in the day…good times
I have almost 30hrs….it has been a loooooong time since I’ve played something for multiple 8+ hr stretches. I know that might not sound too crazy to the younger crowd but I’m 38 and that’s practically a marathon these days.
I have around 2k hrs on RL between all platforms and wasn’t ever big on soccer but getting caught up in the World Cup hype inspired me and a buddy to Rematch a try, we now have like 8 of us that are playing and just having a blast, I know this hasn’t been as successful as they hoped but I really do hope more people give it a shot because it is just downright FUUNNNNN
It’s doesn’t matter if you’re a silver just starting out or a SSL, we all have different parts of the game that we are “comfortable” with or even “confident” in. So what’s yours?
For me, I live between Diamond3 and Champ 1. I’m not the most mechanically gifted(I can’t even air roll when I fly) BUT that being said, I am surprisingly good at redirects, sometimes it’s a wicked pass that sets up an open net for team, others it’s a wicked shot goal.
I get that Wolverine and GoW were the “big names” but honestly seeing the new stuntman game has me stoked. Always thought they were pretty fun and Saber has been knocking it out the park with the Space marine games as well as toxic commando so hopefully they continue to to do solid work
I want these so bad so I’m assuming they will sell out in minutes
Just an FYI they dropped a few sets of pedals and wheels/wheelbases on the fanatec site.
I know that I’ve spent too much time looking at rigs when I walked into the warehouse and immediately saw the aluminum profile from across the shop 😂
So I have been racing in a formula style seat and it was killing my back(I’m gettin old I guess). I decided to order the GT cockpit seat and give it a try and man, this thing is suuuper comfortable, legit can just sit in it and chill if I wanted.
