In fifa you can use it to get past a player but in this game you can’t spin a curtain way so if you do it infront of a player in hopes to get by them they can jus tackle you.So what’s actually the point of the dribble i genuinely never see anyone use it

During Season 4, all players will be able to participate in the Rematch Nations Cup, representing the country of their choice to try and win the trophy. The focus of the event is not individual rewards, but for the Rematch community as a whole to battle and decide what nation deserves the title of first Rematch International Champion.

Being passively in defense mode was overly rewarding, and it was not very credible to have GKs catch high powered shots performed at close range, which is why Defense Mode will now deflect balls at close range. Situations therefore won’t “reset” as fast, after the first shot on the GK, which should make things more interesting for both attack and defense, and increase the skill expression of GKs: knowing when/how to dive will be even more important.

[NEW] Often, a player will “win a duel” by avoiding an enemy tackle, but still see that same player come back quickly and harass them without any punishment. This change will allow us to balance successful and unsuccessful tackles differently and make for more fair outcomes in duels.

IMO the fake shot needs to take up WAY more stamina. It takes the same time as a tackle, but cost the same, so there will be 0 punishments if it doesn't work. It should either be longer or cost 50% of your stamina. In its current stake it has 0 downsides to try with it basically being free cost and super fast
Edit: you guys defend the mechanic like its perfect and isn't already being spammed in every play lol. The post is a simple idea to make the game less advantages for attacks (game is heavily attacks favored) and more chances for defender to counter it

The problem with this game isn't even the game itself at this point it's the player base and it needs to start getting addressed.
I'm just gonna rip it with what this game needs and tbh I just had the worst matches back to back to back to back TO BACK TO BACK of the worst games which leads me to my list of chores sloclap probably should work on if they know what's best for them.
1:more call outs i.e "spread out", "move forward" "DEFEND", "COVER SOMEONE"
2:punish ball hogs idc how you do it whether it be a nerf to your stamina drain after a certain amount of time of holding or what but fix it
3: the report system should and needs proof it works and we as a community should be updated on these almost every update big or small they need to be more openly transparent with us instead of making us take their word for it and I dare you tell me this isn't important in some way shape or form when have of this sub complains about it everyday with nothing to show for it.
4:fix queues in general why is it every time people who solo queue on this game always happen to have to go against a full stack
5: increase the leaver penalty time to 10 minutes and add a rejoin option in case of mistakes. However keep increasing the timer if abused and if you're not in the match for a certain amount of play time the penalty remains. So example, little smooth brain Timmy doesn't know how to play so they leave like a bitch baby. Ok now Timmy has a 10 minute penalty, they rejoin and decide to troll a little and leave again, now it's a 20 minute penalty and if it continues it just keeps increasing and when the match is over they now are stuck with it. This rule will also apply to own goals if done more than once.

Console and PC players SHOULD NOT be mixed. The difference in mechanics is huge.
Try playing with crossplay off? You never find a match.
Once you reach Elite, you’re constantly matched against full 5-stack teams. We urgently need a Solo Queue mode because beating coordinated teams with randoms is nearly impossible.
Make the game free-to-play already. More players would fix matchmaking, allow console players to play against console players, and reduce the need for crossplay.

I've personally played two games and it doesn't seem bad, except that they've killed the dribbling. It's too slow, but maybe it's better this way in the sense that it encourages the idiots to pass the ball.
(Fun fact: in two 3v3 games, they passed me the ball a maximum of three times, lol, constantly losing the ball.) I like the feint. It's quite noticeable when you're about to do it, but it's not too predictable. I'm waiting for more updates.
Smol_potato and RIZZY on NA-east. they proceed to not help at all during build ups hiding in our goal, and then proceed to waste a whole minute playing "hit the crossbar" on our own goal and laughing on the mics. When they finally get open in a good position i pass to them like a good player, and then they ball hog and refuse to pass back when Im wide open unmarked by myself in a forward position, and of course they proceed to lose the ball because they think they are messi. i reported and blocked and guess what. 3 mins later they get matched on my team again.

Does this report system do anything or is it a waste of time? Just tired of getting team mates that will try and force their way out of the net by giving up a goal.
