Is there anything about this tactic/instructions that would make it horrifically ineffective even if you got the right players? I honestly don't have much football knowledge and I'm mostly trying to figure out FMA through content creators. I only really got into football last year so I miss some of the more obvious stuff.
I have managed to take Annan Athletic from William Hill League 2, the lowest tier of Scottish football, to the 2nd highest tier but I recognise that's hardly the most difficult challenge.
