Since being on lexapro, I can’t get a reading on my AW.

The title pretty much sums it all. Im on day 4, and it has been hell! I feel my heart beating all over the place and I have waken up with 50bpm today, as soon as I walked to the bathroom it was up to 120bpm, having breakfast 111bpm, then 58 when sitting down resting. I am taking it exactly for health anxiety so we can all understand what this is doing to me. I tried using the ECG option on my apple watch but it’s so hard to get a reading because the line keeps going up and down outside the limits of the watch then just says “low quality reading”. The only reading I managed to get was this one. Should I be worried?

Has anyone else been prescribed a benzo to help starting Lexapro?

Long story short, after very bad anxiety I was prescribed a benzo my my doctor. Took if for 9 weeks, decided to come off it was it was doing nothing, and started the tapering process.
Went and got myself a psychiatrist, asked for help because I was developing panic attacks daily and becoming agoraphobic. Told her about how I was down to a 1/4 of a pill of the benzo I was prescribed (ethyl loflazepate) for now 12 days.

She put me on lexapro, 5mg and changed my benzo to 1/2 a pill of diazepam daily for 2 weeks to introduce the lexapro safely, then reduce to 1/4 for 2 weeks then leave the benzo and just keep taking lexapro. Has anyone gone through something similar? She seemed so sure of this process, that I assume others have been through it too…
