What do we do when Snapchat refuse to take down the account?

This account in particular uses pictures of a young girl to trick boys into doing very embarrassing things and then proceeds to expose them online on telegram and other places.

People are reporting but they refuse to take action. Sent an AI email saying the account didn't violate their community guidelines when a VERY detailed report was made, including the username of the victims.

One of them made threats against his own life on a story.

I reported it using their website but they refuse to do anything about it.

I just need a working APK that has the additional Sim Spoof patch.

I tried with Revanced Manager on 2 phones and I couldn't install. Getting errors on Execute Patches.

Or is that something that can't be done in Revanced?
