I am 24 male how many tads do I need and how important is a piezo? I am scared of any surgery

I was wondering did anyone have success with custom MARPE with 4 TADS and no piezo cut at my age? I had some consultations and the ortho's reviewed my CBTC they said based on my bone this set up is fine. I wanted to know what are your guys' thoughts?
