Hacked and blocked

I am honestly losing my mind with OVH at this point.

For the THIRD time, they’ve marked my server as “hacked” and blocked it over an abuse report that was ALREADY resolved before the suspension even happened.

What makes this unbearable is the response time. They take ages to reply while my services are down, customers are leaving, and I am sitting there unable to do anything. If the reported issue was fixed as requested, why are they still hard-blocking the server afterward?

I completely understand abuse handling and policies, but this feels excessive and poorly managed. At least review the case before shutting everything down again.

This is causing real business damage and customer loss. I have been patient the first two times, but now it just feels impossible to rely on them for anything critical.

Has anyone else dealt with this from OVH? Did you move afterwards or find any way to get faster support/escalations?
