Why tip by cost of meal? Does it really take twice as much work for a server to bring a $30 meal as it does to bring a $15 meal? If not, why should the tip be twice as much?

National Parks 46, 47, and 48 for us (CVNP was a repeat visit). Loved Mammoth, and the ride to the top of the Arch was great.
A Walmart semi is currently blocking most of the east-bound lanes of Rte 7 in Tysons. Nobody directing traffic, so be careful!
