Hi all

Little bit of info: I have guttate and scalp psoriasis, have been on 10mg a week methotrexate for 2.5 months. Worked for about 1.5 months, then started to flare back up.

Now the problem is, it’s now impacting my face. It makes it very itchy and scaly, and when I try to clean it, even with the most gentle cleansers, it goes red and hot.

Could anyone recommend good facial cleansers for the face that won’t irritate it too much? I’m seeing my derm in two weeks so I shall address the flare up and I expect my MTX dosage will be put up.

I’m in the U.K. so any products available in the U.K./Europe would be appreciated.
