Gay male 28 here. Tbh findom was as much about the endorphin rush but I’ve spent over 1k on findom using savings and credit cards. Now for the first time in my life I’m in a crap financial position hiding it from my partner. I’m scared he’ll break up with me. How can I move on and have a healthy relationship with people/sex again? Right now I see no hope

After never engaging in findom other than following accounts on X I sent £200 in the last week. I’ve been feeling quite depressed due to a close friend moving away and dealing with family health issues so I saw findom as a sense of giving up control. Instead I just feel guilt for being such an idiot. Given I’m very stingy with money and not earning much and I don’t feel like I can tell my long term partner.

How can I avoid relapsing?
