I'm doing a terrible job at this networking thing and getting gigs. Something I obviously need to work on regardless-

But I was considering creating my own opportunities to play by throwing gigs and curating lineups that match a certain vibe. What would it take/cost typically to accomplish this? Is it possible on a budget?

Edit: Sorry, thought I should say- When I mentioned I was doing bad at networking I meant mainly in relation to getting gigs. I don't literally know nobody lmao.
