Need some help decideing which GPU to buy

So long story short currently I have an rx 5700xt rocking 1080p, I want to change to 1440p (with side monitor) so that means upgrading the GPU, I have a few ideas in mind but cant decide. Also I have a be quiet 650w 80+ gold PSU, I wouldnt mind changing it if the GPU needs it, but also if it can save me a 100bucks buy not buying a GPU needing it that would be great 😄

Options:

  • RX 6800-XT 16gb 400 euros (new)
  • RX 9060-XT 16gb 430euros (new)
  • RTX 3080 10gb 360euros (new)
  • Rtx 3080-Ti 12gb 450euros (new)

I know apart from the 9060-XT all of the others are a bit older, but all beat the rx 9060-XT in raw performance except the vram for the RTX cards. the RTX cards have DLSS which is way better than fsr2, I know the vram is a little low and will be even less in a few years, but also Nvidia vrams are better than AMD ones, and for 1440p Im thinking they should be enough since I dont really play AAA games.

Is the RTX 3080 still worth it or should I go for the 6800XT? Also my concern is I heard that the rx 6800-XT cards tend to die relatively fast.
