Going through one of those phases where every day feels like pushing through. I guess that's the hardest part of being an adult.

In my 30s, I am finally learning that boundaries are not selfish

One of the biggest lessons I have been learning in my 30s is that not everyone who takes from you will give back in the same way.

Whether it is friendships, family or work, I have become much more conscious of where my time and energy go.

Boundaries used to make me feel guilty.

Now I am starting to see them as a form of self respect.

Came across this today and it resonated with me.

Has age made you better at setting boundaries, or is it still something you struggle with?
