Gen X are WAY better bosses than boomers

As a younger millennial, when I first entered the workforce, every boomer boss or manager I had treated me and the other young men as less than sub human aross a myriad of different jobs over the years. They refused to listen to any reasons (not excuses) why something wasn't done, and their idea of being a good boss was barking orders and acting tough.

About 5 or 10 years ago, I noticed a gradual change. The new bosses I had were starting to become A LOT smarter, more understanding and pleasant. Then I realized it was just Gen X slowly replacing retiring boomers!

So shout out to Gen X for that and for aging better than boomers.

Losing respect for yt ppl??

This concept of white priviledge has made me have less respect for white people. Everybody else has to work hard and struggle to survive, whereas they just get a free pass in life. They get the best jobs (if they even bother working) and the universe shields them from suffering.

Have you lost respect for them when you realized their lives are SO much easier than yours?

P.S apparently im supposed to mention that im asian
