I'm looking for an older Japanese show. Maybe 90's. I don't remember the name of it. I remember there was a business man that was demoted and was forced to run an hotel. He goes there with another employee from his job. At the hotel he meets the hostesses of the hotel and they don't like him at first. He tries to tirn around the business and slowly he does. The maids/hostesses start to warm up to him. The man is also married, but his wife and child are not with him.
