Inc. 5000 list. Does it actually do anything?

So we made the Inc. 5000 list after an effort by my marketing person to get us on it. I'm just not sure it actually does anything. Has anyone else here been on it? Did it do anything for your firm? How did you capitalize on it? I know they give you some "advice" on how to but did any of it ACTUALLY do anything?

What's the earliest sign that a client is going to be difficult to work with?

For me it's probably when they don't respond to communications. It seems inevitable they'll be the first to call and complain they haven't heard from us.

Anyone else getting alot of "ChatGPT said..." from clients?

A while back a doctor friend was complaining that patients were coming in with diagnoses from Chat and other LLMs. Now it's happening more here in this field. People asking LLMs how much a case should be worth, etc. Then getting angry when we tell them the truth. Anyone else experiencing this? Any good ideas on how to handle it?
