Squat from help

I just got back into working out after 6 years off and cant seem to remember how to squat correctly. I remember being told should push off your heels but always seem to be more on the balls of my feet. I watch videos and everyone’s torsos seem to be more upright but I feel like I’m bent foward a lot more like doing a deadlift. Idk if I should push my hips back out more or if it’s too much. When I go straight down i get a butt wink with my pelvis going under. Idk if my glutes are just stronger due to all my deadlifting or if I have poor ankle mobility. Read that should hinge and push the hips back first then squat so that’s what I’m trying here. Any corrections? Or is my squat ok?

I’ve watched a lot of tutorials on how to kill G1 to get S+ on hardcore with only a knife and grenade and every one I’ve seen he’s goes down twice and the dies shortly after but I’ve got him down 3 times and slashed him a few times after and he still doesnt die. Why does he seem to have so much more health now?
