Tested positive again, scared of antibiotics

I've had H Pylori now for a long time, who even knows how long really. I think I first tested positive in 2021 with a nutritionist. I didn't take it that seriously, but I took the mastic gum and whatever else she had me on. Then in 2023, I had gastritis...the beginning of an ulcer. I was in agony all year and treating myself naturally. My GP had my stool tested for H Pylori and it was negative. So, being a terrible doctor, she was like "Oh you're ok." Pretty sure the ER doctor (I went because I thought I was having a heart attack) just told me I have the beginning of an ulcer. I took loads of herbs for months and eventually managed to clear most of the symptoms. I had an endoscopy in the fall of that year, and they didn't find anything, including H Pylori. The following year, I tested positive again for H Pylori with a different nutritionist. I kept taking Mastic Gum, oregano oil, Zinc carnosine, etc. Still having some intermittent pains in my stomach. Well, my new GP just tested me again (stool test) and it was positive. She wants me to do quadruple therapy (I believe). I'm seeing her on Thursday, and I'm absolutely dreading it. I have had gut issues for 20 years, my GI map is terrible. I have lately been feeling a little better than my usual (I've had many other interlocking issues that have ruined my life for 27 years, but feel like I'm finally on the right track with all of them). I'm extremely sensitive to antibiotics and pharmaceuticals of all kinds, and I can't help but feel like I should do a more structured, INTENSIVE natural treatment before doing the antibiotics. I don't want to be in even worse shape afterwards. I found this on YouTube:

Pepto Bismul (4-6 tablets daily between meals)

Oregano Oil (50mg - 1 tablet 3x/daily Biotics Research Corp)

Mastic gum (500mg 1 capsule 3x/daily, Jarrow)

Vital 10 - Klaire Lab, 1 capsule 2x/day

Herbulk - metagenics, 14g/day mixed in water

Zinc carnosine

Before, I didn't try taking pepto bismul with the herbs. Has anyone eradicated HP with the natural route? Or am I just prolonging the problem by refusing antibiotics?
