I have noticed that the days I am active I shrink more but only 0.5 cm more and even days where I don't do much I still shrink about an inch.

How much more can I grow?

Hello there, when I was 16 I had done a ba test which said 18.

The doctor said I wouldn't be able to grow but I did.

Also I know that currently x-rays are not accessed here but back when I did my x-ray they were and at that time this or some other subreddit , not too sure confirmed that my bone age was in that range.

Height at 15: 169.5 cm

Height at 16: 171 cm

Height at 16 years and 4 months: 174.5 cm

Height at 16 years and 6 months: 175.5

Height at 16 years and 9 months: 178.5 cm
