Son is having issues at sort center

My son who is 5 feet tall has been working in a sort center. He is the hardest worker I know. Every day for the last month he has been coming home, scratched up, sweat/salt, stains all over his shirt, soaking wet hair. He can barely move when he gets home.

Today he came home and broke down crying. I asked him what’s going on and he said that he has went to his management and the management above that management and told them that he cannot physically do the job that he’s doing, which is getting packages that are close to 100 pounds off of stove shells that are higher than he is tall.

He said nobody will listen to him. He has went to wellness and safety and they kind of put their hands up in the air and say “oh well”. He’s a really good kid and I feel like they’re trying to push him out the door. He’s the type of guy that goes to work and doesn’t talk to too many people. He just does his job and comes home. He has a heart of gold and I hate to see him like this.

What are his options? I told him to go to human resources to talk to them and maybe get some paperwork for an accommodation. What else can he do? It really hurts my heart to see him crying and upset at 23 years old. Any help is greatly appreciated. My DM’s are open if you would rather send me something privately.

I feel like he’s being discriminated against because of his height. Please, please help me out here. Thank you very much.

I am looking for a PVE server

I am basically just looking for a PVE server that is located in the United States. I really wanna get to know this game a little better before I go out in the wild and continually get blasted in the face. I want to learn the mechanics of the game as well as the survival and crafting recipes.

Any suggestions?

I just installed this game four days ago. I am an older guy and actually bought this game many many years ago on Steam when it was on sale. I remember installing it, zoning in, and getting killed really quick. I want to say it was part of a bundle, but I could be wrong. Anyways, I uninstalled it and never touched it again.

I recently purchased a gaming computer. I play World of Warcraft periodically and wanted to see what all the hype is about with Ray tracing. I popped cyberpunk in and played a little bit of that. I returned to my Steam library and found this game sitting there so I installed it.

Before I even spawned in for the first time, I made sure to hit you too, so I could get a fundamental understanding of how the game works. As a sidenote, there are some absolutely fantastic Youtubers that create some monumental videos regarding this game. Stuff that is actually brought a tear to my eye.

That being said, two days ago, I started to actually go in and get my ass kicked by zombies. I had some problems, figuring out the hand eye coordination with holding down the shift button, the right mouse button, the left mouse button, etc.. I overcame that pretty quickly and then ran into some guys that were pretty friendly for a few moments. One guy said hey I have some stuff for you. Come on over here, and immediately started beating the hell out of me until I was dead.

I am a guy that always enjoyed fast action video games. Running from one thing to the next. When these guys killed me, I was pissed off. But I stopped and took a deep breath. I watched a few more videos.

Anyways, I just got killed yet again, but I survived for over 45 minutes. I feel like this game is actually teaching me about patience. I try to walk around silent and I’ve been working on my skills to look around corners, stop, and ski in the area, when moving from one to the next, I use the alt key to make sure nobody’s following me.

So yeah, I’m not sure what this post really means. It’s the first type of game like this that I have ever played. It’s super immersive and it’s teaching me that you don’t have to run in life all of the time. As they say, “slow and steady wins the race”. I feel like this is going to eat up the next five years of my life.

Oh, and to add one more thing - I don’t want to make it sound like everybody in the game is an asshole. I met a really cool dude this morning that gave me some food and some soda because I was about ready to die. It’s the simplistic things like this that I love about the game so far. Thank you bro from France.
