I'm a little at a loss here. Scored zero on everything, despite them 'recognising' my weekly immunotherapy symptoms for blood cancer. Apparently I'm fine to fully socialise, go shopping, travel, despite the risks of being immunosuppressed.

I honestly don't really know what to do. I feel they have saw my age late 30's, and the fact I still work (with heavy working adjustments thanks to the equality act) they have just zero'd everything. I have every intention to try and working as long as I can.

If anybody has any advice that would be great. I’m in England.

I submitted a lost parcel form, as they lost a £36 item that was sent by tracked 48. They replied with,

“After carefully considering the evidence you provided, it’s clear that we didn’t meet our usual standards on this occasion, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We will be issuing a Stamps 1st x 8 shortly in recognition of this service failure. If you requested a higher amount, I regret that this is the maximum we’re able to offer in line with the terms of the product used. “

However a tracked 48 has a maximum compensation upto £75.

The item is lost and I have had to refund the buyer. I feel 8 first class stamps for them loosing the item is a bit of an insult. I provided everything they requested, receipts, purchase orders and proof of postage. What would my next steps be. Any idea why they would offer such a low ball?
