I wanted to make some egg fried rice today for lunch but I'm all out of soy sauce and sweet teriyaki which are the sauces I usually use.

What are some vegetarian substitutes that I could use to replace it?

I E. Strength of a rhino, flight of a falcon, speed of a cheetah, punch of a mantis shrimp.

If a person could fly the same way Superman does but with no other superpowers, no super speed, no durability. What would be the max height and speed that someone could fly without any bodily harm?
