so the rules are your superpower must be somewhat realistic it can't be something that isn't possible for the human body to do,as long as its possible itit's fair game for instance you can't have fire breath or shoot lasers out of your eyes. so my superpower is fast regeneration essentially I can heal many times faster than a normal human for instance,if I do a hardcore workout with alot of heavy weight lifting I can heal within a few hours and get all my gains. and repeat this process so the progress those would normally take months I could get it within a few days depending on how much I train. as long as I don't receive an instant death or near instant death injury I will heal within a few days up to a week, this could be third degree burn or any injury that would put me in a critical condition without killing me. I can also essentially run or swim forever if I pace myself because my stamina is being replenished when I heal I also don't require sleep since my body is contantly in a fixing state so I always replenish and go to 100percent. its like having a phone in a charger even when it's full.
So guys I was experimenting and typing on different kinds of Google Gemini about an ability of mine I created called Name: “Ω Transcendence (omega Transcendence) and explained the details to its ability and what it can do and this is what I got

Full body control what I mean by this is you have to control over all the atoms. And the molecules in your body, you can make yourself 2 feet tall. You could fully change the outer layer of your skin to shapeshifting. Basically you could make yourself so strong. You could give yourself photographic memory.
And it's full control it works kind of like shapeshifting, most shapeshifting, you just have to think of it and you will turn into it, that's kinda how this works just think about what you want and boom, you have it,.
First Choose between Ultamatrix or Omnitrix. Omnitrix - gets 20 alien forms, Ultamatrix - gets 10 alien forms but your aliens get can get ultamite forms.
You get to choose your own aliens but not any from the series. You can choose any 10/20 (depending on the watch you chose) aliens from different series that you personally know of.
Rules for the Aliens you choose; they MUST be an ALTERNATE species that isnt human & ALL but 1 of your aliens must be below planatary in terms overall power/hax. Your final alien can be as strong as you want (minus legit omnipotent aliens) but that final form has the same limit as Alien X
could a regular atmokinesis user do what storm can do? i wanna make a character with weather manip but like storm is a bit different isnt she? isnt her like real power energy manipulation or something like that i fear that because her power isnt strictly atmokinesis it may very well be different for another who solely has atmokinesis/weather manip

Rules: You can't add traits to powers they don't already have you can only evolve old traits. For example something simple Fire Breath (The breath heat gets exponentially hotter | this is perfect) (You can now throw fire balls | I'd let it slide but this is pushing it) ( You get extreme cold resistance | this isn't aloud it doesn't add onto traits, make them better, or relevant to the power)
Also I don't care if "scientifically" a trait might make a different trait that doesn't exactly correlate to the power this ain't science.
My pick is "Overall energy manipulation". At its maximum basically allows you to manipulate reality in any way and no other power could possibly do anything about it. Let me explain "Overall Energy Manipulation (I'll start calling it OEM for short)" allows someone to control every single type of energy to ever exist with the only restrictions being How much at a time, Distance away from the user, and The strain on the user, But to push OEM to the maximum would be removing these restrictions except maybe strain which would be massively decreased which would leave you with a person that can control energy from any part of a theoretical multi dimension and having free access to it all. Now you may be wondering sure an OEM user could get all that energy but he only has access to electricity, light, heat, ect well that just wrong and I'm going to show you why.
Do you see that that is called an atom. Guess what an atom is made out of it's made of >!"Energy"!<. Now guess what everything to ever exist is made out of... >!they're made out of atoms.!< I hope you can understand why OEM would be the best power if pushed to the maximum.

You have to pick a superpower , you will get a random superpower similar in power-level to the one you choose. The superpower you choose should have minimal impact on your life if you would get it . Not actively using your abilities doesn't mean they are useless. Superstrength or Regeneration are still quite useful even if you don't actively use it by the fact of surviving stuff that normal people can't, being able to survive a car crash is REALLY useful.
- You embody and control one of the primary domains of nature. You get to choose your domain, anything from the sky, earth, oceans, desert to joy, love, hatred to the dead, death, magic, or even to some extent, chaos.
- You have great responsibility to your domain, you are the one mentioning it. Meaning if you abandon your responsibility for over like… a few days or a week tops, it will brew into chaos and you will be weakened, not to mention many people will likely die. Depends.
- Your authority over your domain is absolute, say you chose sky, you can command all its facets, from sky animals to atmospheric weather phenomena, to even taking a lightning and giving it shape or even life. You can shapeshift into lightning, a storm or even sky animals, as well as create them. Another example is love, if you control love you can match up between people, cause wars to start over, pull any person you want, or multiple ones and have them be entirely devoted to you. If you are the god of the sun for example, you are responsible for it to rise and set, you can command it, and manifest its powers, such as causing solar winds, light, heat, illumination and illusions, etc…
- You are immortal and immune to death, only way for you to even be injuries, let along die, is by your hands.
- You can choose any domain, and your father or mother is the god of that domain.
- You inherit all their abilities, which is uncommon amongst demigods. However the scale and potency of your powers is significantly lesser relative to your divine parent.
- You can pray to them for help, power, guidance, or to just visit them at their luxurious pantheon home. They will almost always agree to help, weather if you are acting for good or evil, so long as you do not degrade their domain. For example if you were an Earth demigod and pollute the environment than they might be angry with you, not enough to hurt you but just enough to ignore you from time to time.
- You live forever, and if you are hurt your parent can resurrect you depending how close your are.
- You are free from any responsibility, you can live life like a king/queen, or you can aspire to live an ordinary life.
