I replaced the headlights in my 2012 TRD a few years ago. I recently started noticing condensation in just the passenger side light. I didn’t find any cracks (removed bulbs, blew air & sprayed soapy water along seals), but the boot around the bulb was torn. Replaced that, got fully dry but condensation came back within a few days without rain or washing. The vent caps are cracked too, but not sure if that would explain it if no outside moisture.
