Did Lowe's remove their flat carts?
I'm asking because I went and bought a toilet this past Monday. Toilets aren't light, they had the entire aisle full of stuff they are native going to restock with. I went and got the toilet into a normal cart because when I entered they didn't have any flat carts, there wasn't even a place for one. They had three rows of normal shopping carts. I got the toilet in, paid for it, and went out to load the cart into my SUV. They had one person manning the self checkout and I think two ladies at customer service. I brought the toilet out and the cart slipped from under me while I was trying to lift it. I tore my bicep and now I need surgery. I wouldn't have had this issue if I had a flat cart. There weren't enough people around for me to ask for assistance that weren't busy. So did they get rid of them?
