18k in 401k need advice
I’ve got about $18,000 in a fidelity account from an old employer that is not getting any more contributions. Unfortunately I’m pretty ignorant on all of this but know that there has to be a better way for this to grow but not sure what to do.

Ver heavy, Magnetic, WNY
Found this walking along a tree planting I ran around a solar farm in western NY. Pretty heavy for its size, I don’t think I have a scale to weigh it but I’ll take it to a grocery store or something. Magnetic. Looked cool for some reason so I picked it up
Edit: magnet sticks to it, not sure if that’s the same.
