Does this quirk seem out of place in MHA or seem too underpowered?
[bad wording]
Quirk name : Quirk Leecher.
User : Calendula Heartfelt.
Quirk description : the user can use other people's quirks temporarily by sucking and drinking on the person's blood, in which the user can use the person's quirk.
Quirk in more detail.
Pros :
can use more than one quirks if consuming more people's blood.
Very versatile and flexible.
Have different pros depending on the quirk being "stolen".
The original user who got their blood sucked will have their quirk be weakened.
Cons :
Required to be close to the target.
Using more quirks will put pressure on the body, making using one quirk be the most favoured one.
Time duration and strength depend on how much blood the user consumed off of the target, example would be that if they consume small amounts of blood from a fire user then the user would use that fire user quirk but it's a more weaker version of the original quirk.
Will inherit the cons of the target's quirk temporarily.
Have to constantly learn how to control the quirk that you use someone's blood to get it.
User's body is not immune, walking back to the fire user example, the user would not be fire resistant or fire immune and can burn themselves.
User is picky.
