Does anybody know a good reaction for the synthesis of loratadine ? I tried some research papers but i cant find something to my liking. I need to make a synthesis for desloratadine, i have the one from loratadine to des- , but i dont have the first part. Any ideas, links. Maybe screenshots of the reaction itself.
