I am starting to play ranked PvP on AOE2 DE. As many of us, age of empire was a game I played a lot during my childhood and I am back on it "from scratch".

I am trying to get used to the shortcuts and base strategies, but obviously I'm loosing all games, and my ELO is only decreasing, until the moment it will (hopefully) stabilized and I'll be able to survive a game.

I was curious: what was your first stable ELO score? Something between 400 and 800 probably? How long did it take then to increase?

It reminds me when I first started playing chess online years ago and everybody just looked so strong.

Optional question: how do you actually see the opponent's ELO in the interface?
