There are various bosses where loot can drop out of bounds, in to the abyss, inaccessible areas, fall under stairs etc.

My suggestion is to add a "fetch" function to Echo-4, which when activated brings all loot that dropped with the last 5 minutes to your position and spreads it around you.

A nice touch would be if you could set a minimum quality level as you could with the auto sell in BL3
