Here's my paraphrase of the poem:

It's good here . . . look into the distance.
The river is all aglow;
like a bright carpet the meadow stretches out.
The clouds above are white.

No people here. It's quiet here . . .
Only God and me here.
Flowers, and an ancient pine,
and you, my dream.
