Question for anyone that’s done the tuition assistance.

Anyone know what this means? Wasn’t approved because I need to submit something. When I was doing that a couple days ago there was one file (actual itemized bill) I couldn’t get because my school page didn’t let me see my payments by class. Anyone know if this has something to do with that?
