Tesla Automation Equipment Engineer (P2) – Final Panel Interview, Salary & Hiring Timeline

I'm currently in the hiring process for an Automation Equipment Engineer (Mechanical) position at Tesla's Megapack facility in Brookshire, TX.
Tesla would be supporting my relocation to the US through a TN visa.
The salary being discussed is around $120k base for a P2 position, with a 9.5k bonus relocation and I was wondering if that's considered a competitive offer for this level and location.
I completed my final panel interview on Monday, October 5th, which consisted of three 30-minute interviews with different engineers. No presentation needed for this. They only asked me for my evidence of excellence document.
Overall, I felt pretty good about my performance. The first two interviews went really well, and I felt confident answering the technical questions. The third one was a little more challenging, but I'd still rate my performance around 7/10.
I have a few questions for anyone who's been through Tesla's hiring process:
Based on your experience, do you think I still have a good chance of getting an offer, even if one of the interviews wasn't as strong as the others?
How long did it take you to hear back after your final panel interview?
Is $120k base a good salary for a P2 Automation Equipment Engineer in Texas?
Does the TN visa process typically affect the hiring decision or timeline?
I know every hiring process is different, but I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences!
