Did magnesium glycinate feel different compared to other magnesium forms?

Has anyone here actually noticed a clear difference between magnesium glycinate and other forms?

I always see people saying glycinate is the “best” one, but I’m curious how many people genuinely felt a noticeable difference after switching from citrate, oxide, malate, etc.

For you was it sleep, anxiety, muscle tension, energy, or nothing at all?

Has anyone here noticed a difference between improving Vitamin D through sunlight vs supplements?

I keep seeing people say that sunlight “feels different” even when Vitamin D blood levels end up being similar, maybe because of circadian rhythm effects or other biological processes connected to sun exposure.

But honestly I’m more interested in people’s actual experiences with it.

Did anyone feel noticeably better with one approach over the other?

Energy, mood, sleep, recovery, overall well-being, anything really.

Or did it make no difference once your Vitamin D levels improved?

Did anyone else only realize how bad they felt after treating low Vitamin D?

I always see people talk about their Vitamin D levels improving, but I wonder if anyone else only realized afterward how tired, foggy, low-energy, etc. they had been once they started feeling more normal again.

Sometimes gradual symptoms are strange because they slowly become your normal without you really noticing.

How long did magnesium glycinate take before you noticed anything?

I’ve seen really mixed experiences with magnesium glycinate.

Some people say they noticed changes pretty quickly with sleep, stress, muscle tightness, etc., while others felt like it took a few weeks before anything stood out.

For people here who stuck with it, how long did it take before you personally noticed a difference?

What was the first thing you noticed after fixing low Vitamin D?

People seem to have really different experiences with low Vitamin D.

Some say energy improved first, others mention mood, sleep, muscle weakness, motivation, or just getting sick less often.

For those who fixed a deficiency, what was the first change you personally noticed?
